Public Relations Officer

**Media Relations**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
- Write press releases, organize press conferences, and proactively pitch stories to generate positive media coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and address any inaccuracies or negative stories promptly.
- **Public Communications**:

- Develop and implement communication strategies to convey the organization's messages to the public.
- Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Manage the organization's social media presence and engage with online communities.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Act as a spokesperson for the organization during crisis situations, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Develop crisis communication plans and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate potential damage to the organization's reputation.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders.
- Coordinate and participate in events to enhance the organization's visibility within the community.
- **Internal Communication**:

- Ensure consistent and effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Coordinate internal events, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- **Brand Management**:

- Protect and enhance the organization's brand by maintaining a consistent and positive image.
- Work with marketing teams to align PR efforts with overall branding strategies.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor public opinion and trends relevant to the organization's mission and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on PR activities and their impact on the organization's reputation.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
