**Job Summary**:
As a Factory Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing operations of our factory. You will assist in various tasks throughout the production process, contributing to the efficient and smooth functioning of the factory floor. This entry-level position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Assist with Production Tasks**:
- Work alongside production workers and machine operators to perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and labeling of products.
- Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures to ensure quality and efficiency in all production processes.
- Operate hand tools and equipment under supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- **Material Handling**:
- Transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the factory using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks, storage areas, and production lines.
- Organize and maintain inventory of materials and supplies to support production schedules.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:
- Keep work areas clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris as needed.
- Assist in the cleaning and sanitization of equipment, machinery, and production areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- **Quality Control**:
- Participate in quality control inspections by checking products for defects, damage, or irregularities.
- Notify supervisors of any quality issues or deviations from specifications observed during production.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and record-keeping.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environments and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,596.35 per month
