**Designation** : Jr. Executive - Dispatch

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up from sales person to coordinate timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with various logistics companies for dispatch of electronics as well as mechanical material.
- Follow up from production department for timely execution of the ordered material.
- Requesting clients for waybill/ road permit.
- Responsible for timely delivery of the material and arrangement of necessary documents for dispatch.
- Track the material(in transit) till it gets delivered.
- Forwarding dispatch details to the customer. Invoice making and update dispatch details records.
- Tracking and timely payment of logistics companies daily reporting.
- Honest working and capable to work under pressure.
- Maintaining and updating stock of ready material.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
