As a Bakery Chef de Partie (CDP), you will play a crucial role in the production of our bakery items. Working under the supervision of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for executing various baking tasks efficiently and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

- **Baking Operations**: Execute daily baking tasks, including preparing doughs, batters, and pastry fillings according to recipes and specifications. Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters proficiently.
- **Product Quality**: Ensure the consistency and quality of all baked goods by following standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines. Monitor product appearance, taste, and texture to uphold our bakery's reputation for excellence.
- **Sanitation and Safety**: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring ingredient inventory levels and communicating replenishment needs to the Head Chef. Minimize waste and ensure proper rotation of perishable items.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
