Quality makes or breaks the Indiahikes Experience.

And this is where your role as a Quality Supervisor comes in. You oversee the quality of our equipment management, food and ration and the rental stores at our camps.

For example, a team has to go for the trek. As a quality supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that all equipment that goes up on the trek is in perfect working condition. Similarly, fresh vegetables are being delivered to the camp. Your job is to ensure that the freshness of vegetables is up to Indiahikes standards (and the weight and count).

This role requires you to be **based out of our mountain base camps**. Your work location may change depending on the season.

The Quality Supervisor's role involves the following:

- Supervising quality control at the various Indiahikes stores in the mountains.
- Overseeing and anticipating inventory/stock requirements for treks.
- Updating inventory whenever equipment, ration and/or rentals are moving.
- Preparing regular audit reports for tracking the quality of our equipment.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure all quality checks are followed.
- Must be between 25 and 35 years old.
- Minimum graduation in any discipline.
- Must be able to converse in Hindi and English.
- We prefer it if you have done treks. If you have trekked with Indiahikes, that's even better
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in supervisory roles (optional).
- Must be willing to work from the mountains.

The salary for Quality Supervisor **starts at Rs 3.6 lakh per annum.** It can go up depending on your experience and capabilities.
