**What do you need to do in this role?**
- Manage end-to-end Domestic and International travel booking and coordination of founders and the team - Own the complete travel process. This is the key responsibility of the role.
- Manage Events, Holidays, parties etc. done by GoQuest
- Create and own the birthday and special dates database for employees, partners and clients.
- Create a cadence of sending greetings and gifts where needed, owner of all office celebrations and seasonal gifting.
- Managing founder's calendars and setting up meetings
- Manage credit card bill payment and travel reimbursement
- Coordination with Admin suppliers and vendors.
- Executing employee engagement program.
- Office boy management.
- Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality

**Who Should Apply?**
- Between 5-15 years of experience in a core EA role
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Experience in managing international travel Co-ordination work

- You have high regards for no office politics work environment
- You are tenacious, vibrant and always eager to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
