**Client Coordination**: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and communications. Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and provide overall support to enhance client relationships.
- **Invoice Management**: Oversee the tracking and creation of invoices, ensuring accurate billing and timely dispatch to clients. Utilize financial software to maintain records and monitor outstanding payments.
- **Courier Management**: Coordinate courier services for the timely dispatch and receipt of documents and parcels. Liaise with courier companies to resolve any issues and track deliveries to ensure they meet deadlines.
- **Payment Follow-Ups**: Monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment from clients. Conduct follow-up communications for overdue payments and provide updates to the finance team.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports to support office operations.

Experience: 2 years to 3 years

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
