- Less than 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative (MR).
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Roles And Responsibilities.
- Sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
- Stay updated with medical literature and product knowledge.
