Position: International Voice Process Specialist (Payments Department - US Tax Domain)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Payment Queries Handling: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to payments, focusing on US tax-related transactions and inquiries.

2. Taxation Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to clients/customers regarding payment-related issues within the context of US tax laws, including payments, refunds, deductions, and compliance matters.

3. Voice Process Management: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and accurately, while maintaining a professional and courteous manner.

4. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation of all payment-related interactions, transactions, and resolutions, adhering strictly to company policies and compliance standards.

5. Problem Resolution: Analyze complex payment and taxation scenarios, providing innovative solutions and guidance to address client needs effectively.

6. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues, share insights, and contribute to improving departmental processes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an international voice process role, specifically within the payments department and with a focus on US taxation.
- Taxation Knowledge: In-depth understanding of US tax laws, particularly as they relate to payments, deductions, compliance, and refund processes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex tax and payment concepts clearly and effectively.
- Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues efficiently in a client-focused environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with payment processing systems, CRM software, and the MS Office suite.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to analyze complex payment and tax-related scenarios accurately.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing regulations, technologies, and client requirements in a dynamic work environment
