E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a **E-commerce Executive** who has a great experience of working in a D2C brand or a company who has presence in ecommerce markets. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for driving the online sales growth and optimizing the customer experience across various digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that enhance the brand's online presence, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
- **E-commerce Strategy**: Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- **Website Management**: Oversee the maintenance, functionality, and performance of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- **Product Listings and Optimization**: Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimization for search engines.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance.
- **Customer Experience**:Monitor and enhance the customer journey from browsing to checkout, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the operations team to maintain adequate inventory levels, monitor stock availability, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, generate insights, and prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and trends.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the e-commerce budget effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI and drive sustainable growth.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest developments in e-commerce technology, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the brand's online presence and performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento) and proficiency in website management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
