Position : Store Keeper / Assistant - Stores**(Steel Manufacturing)**

Experience : 3Years+

Key Responsibilities

Follow up for Getting Daily & Monthly Stores Reports
- Daily Materials Receipt Report
- Diesel Consumption Report
- Project Materials Receipt Report
- Monthly MIS Report
- Acknowledgement of Materials Transfer Note

Supporting to New Mobilizing Site
- Making Mobilization Materials Edit Estimate - Making PRs / GRNs / Issue
- Initial Stores Record Update in ERP with physical presence if required

Making PR for requirement at HO
- Making PR for materials required at HO- Making GRN for the receipt of materials at HO4. Posting Transactions for Inter Site Transfers
- Getting Information of Materials / Assets Transferred from one site to another. Posting Transaction only after receipt of Acknowledgement for Receipt of Materials / Assets5. Complete procedure of Transport Bills from Making WO RA Bill Generation
- Making WO as per Approved Comparative
- Getting Approval on WO From HOD Purchase
- Getting Bills from Transporter
- Preparation of Transport Bill by attaching all Documents like acknowledgement copy of Material Transfer Note, Weight Slip, LR Copy, E-way Bill etc. Generating RA Bill / VPC & Bill Submission to Accounts

Making Monthly Hire Charges for Owned Scaffolding
- Making Monthly Hire Charges for Owned Scaffolding & Submission to individual project coordinator (Budget Team)

Physical Verification of Asset
- To Carry Out Physical Verification of Assets by Visiting Sites quarterly. - Submission of Physical Verification Report to HOD / Site Management & HO Management

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
