Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Organizing Production Schedules -Scheduling.

2. Re-Negotiating Timescales or Schedules As Necessary -Scheduling
- 3. Determining Quality Control Standards -Quality.

4. Assessing Project and Resource Requirements -Resources.

5. Ensuring That Health and Safety Regulations Are Met -Safety.

6. Selecting and Ordering Materials As Required. -Materials.

7. Organizing the Repair and Routine Maintenance of Production EquipmentRepair & Maint.

8. Supervising and Managing the Work of Junior Staff -Team Work

9. Organizing Relevant Training Sessions. -T&D

2. Ensure Meeting 100 % of Production schedules.

3. Ensure meeting all health & safety regulations.

4. Enusre 100 % quality as per customer specifications.

5. Punctuality.

KPI : ( Key Preformance Indicators )

1. Attrition to be managed at every levels.

2. 100 % production schedules to be met monthly basis.

3. 0 No. Of accidents on floor.

4. No customer complaints regarding quality.

5. Half an hour training sessions must be need in every week.

6. Attendance must be 100 %.
