We are currently seeking a CAD designer who possesses a strong grasp of graphic design software:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Design Support: Collaborate with designers to create and modify print and pattern designs for kitchen, home, and decorative pillows using Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop.

2. Pattern Preparation: Clean, adjust, and modify patterns and motifs to ensure they are suitable for use in têxtile design. This includes preparing images for pattern making.

4. Color Matching: Proficiently match colors to ensure that the final patterns meet the desired color specifications and can be used in têxtile production.

5. Quality Assurance: Check patterns to ensure they are suitable for silk screen printing and meet quality standards. This involves verifying resolution, color accuracy, and other printing requirements.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with designers to assist in creating the final surface design, offering insights, and implementing changes as needed.

7. Software Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest design software tools and techniques, especially within the Adobe Creative Suite, to maximize design capabilities.

**Qualifications**:
1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of print and pattern design. This experience should include hands-on work with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.

2. Design Skills: Strong design skills with a demonstrated ability to create, clean, modify, and adjust patterns and motifs.

4. Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with designers and contribute to the final surface design.

5. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail is crucial, as small errors can impact the quality of têxtile products.

6. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing design requirements and the ability to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

7. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using design software and other relevant tools for pattern creation and preparation.

8. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in print and pattern design, including examples of clean, modified, and scaled patterns, as well as color-matched designs.
