Front Desk Executive

A Front Desk Officer represents the first point of contact with the clients of a business. They perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the office budget.**Responsibilities**:
- Greet people entering the building, answer any questions, provide directions and alert staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
- Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested.
- Manage the building log of who is entering and existing the building.
- Accept deliveries and update to the suitable person.
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling on the phone.
- Maintain the reception/ lounge/conference room, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
- Handle filing and data entry as requested.
- Make sure that no visitor should be waiting in the reception area for more than 5 minutes.
- Update the Principal Architects/respective person regarding meeting schedules and give update when client will enter the office.
- **Job Skills & Qualifications Required**:
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Degree in Bachelors or related field
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
