**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions on various aspects of commercial banking, including credit analysis, risk management, loan structuring, and relationship management.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises, to enhance commercial bankers' knowledge and skills.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs, including the quality of materials, delivery methods, and feedback from commercial bankers.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance our training programs to meet our commercial banking teams' needs and achieve their learning objectives.
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment by creating a rapport with participants and promoting active participation and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
- Familiarity with commercial banking products and services, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Passion for teaching and learning.
- Flexibility to adapt to different training environments and participant backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
