- Identify and evaluate potential markets for the company's API products.
- Develop market entry strategies and assess the landscape with target customers.
- Establish a network of distributors, agents and partners to expand the company's presence.
- Responsible for Data of Domestic Sales to report & present to our reporting manager & MD in monthly meetings.
- Stay informed about customer requirements for pharmaceutical APIs.
- Provide timely and insightful reports to the management team on market conditions and opportunities.
- Coordinating with Accounts Dept for settling of payments/commission remittances and informing customers/agents accordingly.
- Coordinating with Plant and other functional department
- Co-ordination with cross functional departments for smooth execution of orders, customer query responses and arranging facility audits.
- Preparing Performs Invoices, Sale Orders based on the Purchase Orders.
- Maintaining Sales Registers, Payment received registers and Excel sheets for preparing weekly and monthly statements and presenting them in the meetings.
- Interacting with customers from last one year to understand the requirements for registration of new products and coordinating with concerned departments in factory for required documents.
- Maintaining sales report on daily basis and updating to our reporting Manager and MD on monthly basis.
- Arranging Samples, COA, MSDS and other technical certificates for the
- Technical follow up with customers in company
- Travel on timely basis to customer location on business needs.
- Regular meetings in Zoom/Teams with the client for new products and business development.
