We are looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, surveys, and translating findings into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and digital products. Furthermore, as per requirements, you will also contribute to print media and graphic design projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive user research, including surveys, to gather insights and understand user needs and preferences
- Perform competitive analysis and industry research to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation in UX/UI design
- Translate user insights and requirements into intuitive sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
- Work on print media and graphic design projects as per the client requirements, ensuring cohesive and impactful visual representation across all mediums
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and methodologies, and integrate them into the design process to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including design guidelines, specifications, and style guides
- Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and clients

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven 5 years of experience of as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign
- Ability to conduct thorough user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Excellent visual design skills with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive interfaces
- Collaborative mindset and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify design issues and devise elegant solutions
- Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools to create high-fidelity prototypes with advanced functionality
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in utilizing the AI design tools and open to discovering additional tools as well
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, processes, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical clients
- Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry advancements
- 5 days working
- Work from office only

**Salary**: ₹10,865.97 - ₹41,729.78 per month
