Develop and deliver training programs.

Conduct assessments and monitor trainee performance.

Prepare training materials (manuals, videos, presentations).

Mentor and support trainees.

Participate in placements and ensure competency achievement.

Qualifications:
12th/Diploma/Degree with 3-5 years as Cabin Crew, or 3-5 years with Domestic Airlines.

Proficient in MS Office.

**Skills**:Aviation knowledge (emergency procedures, first aid, onboard service).

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
