**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design System Development**: Develop and implement a cohesive design system for all company projects.
- **Illustration**: Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- **Graphic Interface Elements**: Design graphical user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, widgets, buttons, and page navigation elements.
- **UX Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, ensuring responsiveness and optimal user experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technology, marketing, and sales departments to align design with business goals.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate design concepts and updates to internal teams and key stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Aesthetic Sense: Excellent sense of aesthetics with a keen eye for detail.
- Design Knowledge: Well-read and updated on national and international design best practices.
- Software Proficiency:

- Figma
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Auto Layout
- Prototyping tools
- Frontend Development Knowledge(good to have):

- Basic HTML5
- WordPress tools
- Usability: Strong understanding of user usability best practices.
- Additional Skills: Product design and app design experience is a bonus.
