**In this role, you will be**:
Responsible for consulting with partners to identify and define business requirements and translate business needs into complex analysis designs and recommendations. Identifies and recommends internal and external data sources, compiles/mines data from multiple, cross business sources; recommends and participates in the development of complex analysis designs using statistical and/or financial analysis, predictive modeling, process documentation, comparative analysis, customer/demographic analysis, etc.; interprets results and recommends solutions to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency/quality, etc. Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies. Data involved may be very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources. To a certain degree, may assist indirectly in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or data visualization. May manage project teams and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

**Essential Qualifications**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, reporting, financial modeling, statistical modeling, finance, or accounting.
- Lesser years of experience can be considered for qualified professionals.
- Post graduate or higher degree in applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis.
- 3+ years advanced programming exposure in SAS (Base SAS, SAS Macros), and/or Python including SQL
- Experience with relational databases like Teradata, or similar database
- Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies. Data involved may be very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Good to have certifications in Data Analytics
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Detail oriented, results driven, and has the ability to navigate in a quickly changing and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Project management experience
- Strong risk management and compliance skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
