We Require **2 Accounts Executive for a Exhibition Company at Andheri East.**

**Position : Accounts Executive**

**Location : Andheri East, Near Western Express Highway Metro Station**

**Requirement : 2**

**Reporting : To Chief Finance Manager**

**Experience : Min 1 - 3 yrs**

**Age Between : 22 - 30 yrs**

Salary : Depending upon the Qualification & Experience.

**Please Note : Important**

** Willing to relocate to Delhi for 15-20 days during Exhibition (Around Feb. 2026).**

** It is contractual assignment till Feb 2026 and may be extended as per the performance delivered.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Preparing TDS Summary in Excel for Payment.**

** Quarterly TDS Return Work (Salary & Non-Salary)**
- Filing Monthly PT
- Checking Pan No. of Vendors (from TDSCPC)
- TDS Certificate Checking (Received from Exhibitors)
- TDS Certificate Received Data File Updating in Excel
- Bank Reconciliation
- Attended Calls received from Exhibitors regarding Security Deposit Refund
- Passing FD Maturity, Investment & Fund Transfer (From One Bank to Other Bank) Entriesin Tally
- Providing Data for Passing Receipt Entries in EMS
- Preparing Reports ask by Seniors
- Booking entries, passing Payment Entries in Tally ERP 9.
- Checking Invoices & Supporting of Creditors for Payments.

Required acquaintance:

- B.Com Degree.
- Computer literate. (Word, Excel & Tally)
- Reliability and self-motivation, go-getter attitude, ability to work independently without close supervision.

**Working Time & days - Office Timing 10.00am - 6.00pm | Weekly Off 2 nd & 4 th Saturday & All Sundays**
