This is a full-time Assistant Merchandiser position located in Jaipur, Rajasthan at Cheer Sagar Exports. As an Assistant Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include -Assist with product development by researching current trends and competitor analysis.Create and maintain technical specifications (tech packs) for garments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Track samples throughout the development process, communicating updates and managing approvals with internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production according to specifications, quality standards, and budgets.Assist with cost analysis and price calculations for new products.Perform quality control checks on pre-production and production samples.Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets related to product development and merchandising activities.Perform other duties as assigned by the Merchandiser.

**Skills requirement**Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse range of people.Meeting deadlines efficiently and managing time effectively is essential in this fast-paced environment.The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.

**Qualification**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the apparel industry (or a related field) preferred.Strong understanding of the product development process for apparel.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.Basic knowledge of garment construction and terminology a plus.Experience with sourcing and production processes in the apparel industry (a plus)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
