- PROVIDING REQUESTED ITEMS TO BRANCH OR DEPT
- MATERIAL RECORD LOG IN REGISTER
- INWARD PURCHASE STOCK IN APPLICATION & ASSIGNING ITEMS TO USER & TRANSFERING MATERIAL TO USER IN APPLICATION
- RECEIVING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM BRANCH OR USER,AGAINST PROVIDED ITEMS
- PREPARE PURCHASE LETTER TOWARDS PAYMENT RELEASE
- SUBMIT ORIGINAL COMPLETE FILE TO ACCOUNTS DEPT & DOCUMENTING COPY FILE & ENTER DATA IN APPLICATION
- FOLLOW UP TO ACCOUNTS DEPT FOR PAYMENT RELEASE
- FILING COPY OF COMPLETE SET LIKE SERVICE DESK TICKETS OR EMAILS, APPROVAL LETTER, QUOTATIONS, PO, INVOICE & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
- FOLLOW UP & INFORM PRINTER TECHNICIANS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE TONER COMPONENTS AT BRANCHES

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
