**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Reviews 3D CAD design blueprints.
- Makes calculations for programming including where materials should be cut.
- Translates instructions into a computer automated manufacturing (CAM) program.
- Communicates with engineers and clients who will use the program.
- Checks completes program by running simulations or tests.
- Prepares geometric layout of designs using proper software.
- Determines sequence of operations in program.
- Chooses cutting tools that will be needed.
- Analyses job order and performs necessary calculations.
- Writes program and modifies existing ones for increased efficiency.
- Analyses and selects speeds and cutting tools for programs.
- Makes improvements to set up times for a task and contouring of complex shapes.
- Simplifies tooling time for workers and increases productivity for the client.
- Evaluates all completed designs to validate their functions and ensure they successfully reduce
- Monitor all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully
- Provide training for machinist.

**Job Requirement**
- Age : 27 and above
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in precision machining industries (Turning/ Milling).
- Experience programming 3-axis CNC milling machine. (Experience in 5-axis CNC milling will be added advantage)
- Well verse in G-code and computer aided manufacturing. (CAM) software. (Eg: UG Nx/ Geopath/ Mastercam/ Espirit)
- Experience in conversation of programme.
- Well verse in geometric (GD & T).
- Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprint.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving problem arise.
- Good in Communication skill (English)
