MUST HAVE **DOCTORATE IN PHILOSOPHY** **(Ph.D)** IN ANY STREAM
- Review and check Customer Experience Measurement reports on a timely basis.
- Scrutinizing reports for any discrepancies.
- Ensuring the report quality by checking for grammatical and/or contextual errors and punctuation.
- Grade reports according to specified standards and provide concise feedback to Mystery Shoppers, etc.
- Data Check all reports regularly.
- Assist in any other business-related activity, as assigned
