Toefl Trainer

**Designation**: TOEFL Trainer

**Location**: Malad, Mumbai (Currently Remote)

**Reporting to**: Test - Prep Manager

**Principle accountabilities**:

- Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Ability to operate in a fast moving, high growth, entrepreneurial environment, has good communication skills and timely reporting as required
- Ability to ensure full legal and ethical compliance and conduct of business at all times and under all circumstances

**Work Dimensions**:

- Teaching TOEFL including spoken English to the students via virtual sessions.
- Someone who has an element of business generation and is a good TOEFL counselor as well.
- Provide mainstream language support and have students practice theoretically.
- Use continuous improvement process and tools to make lessons interactive.
- Evaluate students' classwork and assignments and provide effective feedback;
- Develop and prepare resources for students including lesson plans and classroom activities in line with the objectives of the program;
- Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise;
- Paperwork associated with teaching duties (curriculum development, correction of papers, weekly meetings, attendance sheets, etc.)
- Any other related duty assigned by line manager;

**Work Context**:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Should have complete knowledge of TOEFL system and its exams.
- Good presentation and teaching skills.

**Role requirement**:

- Graduation or equivalent/ MBA preferred
- 3 -4 years relevant experience in TOEFL Training is a must.
- Teaching TOEFL including spoken English to the students.
- Someone who can develop curriculum is a must.
