iSOCRATES is looking for a capable, motivated IT Executive to take over all aspects of the configuration and maintenance of our computer systems, networks, routers, and collaboration tools like: G suite Gmail, Cloud, RingCentral cloud phone systems, Drop Box, JIRA ticketing system, Salesforce administration, GoDaddy, CyberGhost, Sophos firewall, MSP tools and more. As our team's only infrastructure staff member, you’ll wear lots of hats and gain plenty of valuable experience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The IT Executive is responsible for monitoring network and server metrics and file systems such as disk usage, latency, DNS, and more.
- To ensure the seamless functioning of IT services, the IT Executive performs regular testing and security monitoring. They identify potential errors and issues to avoid outages and ensure that the peripheral systems are technically sound In Windows and MAC
- One of the key responsibilities of an IT Executive is to devise policies and put plans in place to reduce redundancies and IT incidents. In case of an error, they notify the connected computers by issuing alerts and managing system access within the organization.
- The IT Executive oversees managing tools, user permissions, passwords, and data organization. By designing best practices and keeping the other employees informed of security features, they ensure secure access to files and keep systems protected from external threats.
- The Executive maintains necessary documentation and collaborates with other teams to review IT incidents. This helps them to prevent future errors and develop more reliable systems that help improve processes and projects in the pipelines.
- Administration of Linux systems like user creation, permission, backup, and updating the security patches
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience in desktop support
- Associate or higher degree in a related field
- Communicate effectively with others both on a technical level and on a business level
- Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
- Basic understanding of the digital marketing domain
- Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
- Knowledge of the Cloud platform
- Should be able to handle experiences on both Windows and MAC
