Key Responsibilities:
Conduct computer training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and through online platforms.

Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia resources, to support effective learning.

Provide technical support to learners, troubleshooting software issues, and guiding them through problem-solving steps.

Evaluate participants' progress and adjust training methods accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Monitor and report on training effectiveness, gathering feedback from participants and making recommendations for improvement.

Maintain training records and documentation, including attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficient in delivering training sessions and utilizing various instructional techniques and tools.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt training methods to accommodate learners with different skill levels and learning styles.

Problem-solving skills to address technical issues and support learners in overcoming challenges.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.

Certification in training or instructional design is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
