Job Title: Psychology Teacher (Senior Section: Classes 9-12)

Location: Rabindra Path Bhaban Academy, Kolkata

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging psychology lessons tailored to the senior section (Classes 9-12).

2.⁠ ⁠Design assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.

3.⁠ ⁠Guide students in understanding complex psychological concepts and develop critical thinking skills.

4.⁠ ⁠Actively participate in academic planning and contribute to the school’s co-curricular programs.

5.⁠ ⁠Provide mentorship and support to students for their academic and personal growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

Master’s Degree in Psychology (preferred specialization in Educational, Clinical, or Developmental Psychology).

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level, preferably in an ICSE-affiliated school.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:
Ability to use modern teaching techniques and digital tools to enhance classroom engagement.

Effective classroom management skills.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate senior students.
