**About Us**:
TechCadd Computer Education is a leading company dedicated to providing training to young generation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated center coordinator to join our growing team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere.
- Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary.
- Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets.
- Overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
- Preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages.
- Operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers.
- Bookkeeping and issuing invoices.
- Recording meeting minutes and dictations.
- Performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer centric approach.
- Technologically sound.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required.
- Working knowledge of MS word and MS Excel.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
