**Job Title: Hospital Telecaller**

**Job Overview**:
**As a Hospital Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing patients over the phone, addressing their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about hospital services. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with patients and ensuring a smooth communication process.**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote hospital services, follow up on appointments, and gather feedback.**

**2. **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule and reschedule appointments for patients, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure availability.**

**3. **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hospital services, specialties, facilities, and any other information that may be required by the patients.**

**4. **Handling Inbound Calls**: Answer incoming calls from patients, addressing their queries, providing assistance, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.**

**5. **Database Maintenance**: Update and maintain patient databases with accurate information, ensuring data integrity.**

**6. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from patients regarding their experiences with the hospital, services, and staff, and relay this information to the relevant departments.**

**7. **Follow-Up**: Follow up with patients to ensure they attend scheduled appointments and address any concerns they may have.**

**8. **Cross-Selling**: Inform patients about additional services, health packages, or promotional offers that the hospital may provide.**

**9. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.**

**Requirements**:
**1. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.**

**2. **Empathy**: Ability to empathize with patients and address their concerns with a patient-centric approach.**

**3. **Multitasking**: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and updating databases.**

**5. **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.**

**6. **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle patient complaints and resolve issues effectively.**

**7. **Flexibility**: Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with changing priorities.**

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).**
**- Previous experience in customer service or telecalling roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.**
**- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital services is an advantage.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
