Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans for construction and interior projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine the project requirements and cost implications.
- Prepare tender documents, including pricing schedules, and manage the tendering process with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process, providing regular cost reports, forecasts, and cost variations.
- Carry out on-site measurements, valuations, and final accounts to ensure accurate cost control and payment certification.
- Review and assess project variations and change orders, providing timely and accurate cost impact assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient cost management and timely project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and cost management.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
