Responsibilities:

- Office Coordination:

- Manage office facilities and supplies.
- Schedule meetings and conferences for staff and clients.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Maintain office records and documents.
- Process expense reports and invoices.

Sales/Client Liaison:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and needs.
- Schedule client meetings and calls with sales representatives.
- Prepare presentations and sales materials.
- Collect and analyze client feedback, reporting it to the sales team and management.
- Assist with proposal development and contract administration.
- Track sales pipeline and generate reports.

Recruitment:

- Schedule and conduct interviews for open positions.
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires.
- Compensation and Benefits

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
