Roles and Responsibilities

1. To develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs of the unit assigned.

2. To analyse and ensure timely submission of MIS of plant to the management

3. To update stock record on daily basis and analyse.

4. Manage all costing & MIS operations of the unit by supervising & collaborating with the plant head and production head.

5. Accurate inventory records.

8. Responsible for costing, inventory management, and coordination of all activities with other departments such as operation and supply chain at unit level.

11. Should be a Go - Getter with problem solving skills and highest level of integrity both Financial & Organizational.
- Overall 3-7+ years of relevant experience(preferably from garments or têxtile)
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization is critical
- Previous experience in managing MIS & stock internal audits
- Excellent knowledge of reporting including standard costing & variance analysis.
- Working knowledge of Tally, financial software and MS office

Strong attention to details & analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and organizational skills are required.
