Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Tool & Die Maker. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the trade and develop their skills in tool and die making under the guidance of experienced professionals. The apprentice will assist in the design, fabrication, and maintenance of precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Learn the fundamentals of tool and die making, including the use of machine tools, blueprint reading, and precision measurement.

Assistance: Assist experienced Tool & Die Makers in the fabrication, modification, and repair of tools and dies.

Machine Operation: Operate basic machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills under supervision.

Blueprint Interpretation: Study and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files to understand the specifications and requirements of tools and dies.

Maintenance: Help in the maintenance and repair of tools and dies to ensure production efficiency.

Safety Compliance: Learn and follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery and handling materials.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, including modifications and repairs.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical courses in machining, manufacturing, or a related field are a plus.

Interest in the Field: A strong desire to learn and pursue a career in tool and die making.

Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic math, including measurements and calculations related to machining.

Mechanical Aptitude: Good hand-eye coordination and a natural aptitude for working with machinery and tools.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and take direction from experienced professionals.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and safely operate machinery.

Preferred Skills:
Technical Courses: Completion of relevant technical courses or training programs in machining or manufacturing.
