**A hospital cashier's responsibilities include**:

- Receiving and managing transactions: Receiving payments from patients, managing cash transactions, and ensuring effective reconciliations
- Processing transactions: Processing insurance, NHIF, and other corporate clients
- Providing services: Guiding patients in relation to the hospital's services, charges, and general enquiries
- Providing receipts: Issuing receipts and gift-wrapping packages
- Keeping track of cash and credit transactions: Maintaining a daily account of the daily transactions and checking the daily cash balance
- Answering service department calls: Being courteous and helpful to all customers
- Using computer skills: Using computers installed with specialized software or point of sale (POS) software
- Using communication skills: Being able to communicate with customers to take their order, process their payment, and give them their change
- Using customer service skills: Managing customers effectively, resolving their issues, and ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Minimum Graduation required in any stream.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
