**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drone Operations**: Conduct aerial surveys, inspections, and data collection using UAVs.
**Flight Planning & Execution**: Plan and execute drone flights while following safety and regulatory guidelines.
**Data Collection & Processing**: Capture, process, and analyze aerial images, videos, and geospatial data.
**Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades on drone hardware and software.
**Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to all local aviation laws, safety protocols, and airspace regulations.
**Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain flight logs, prepare reports, and document findings.

**Requirements**:
**Valid Drone Pilot License/Certification** (mandatory)
Experience in **aerial mapping, surveying, or inspections**
Knowledge of **drone software & GIS tools** (e.g., Pix4D, DJI Terra, Drone Deploy, ArcGIS)
Strong understanding of **airspace regulations & safety protocols**
Ability to operate and troubleshoot UAV equipment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in **Aviation, Geospatial Science, or a related field**
Experience with **LiDAR, photogrammetry, or multispectral imaging**
Prior work in **construction, agriculture, environmental monitoring, or real estate**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
