**Qualification**: Degree / Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management

**Experience**: More than 3 years

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain sample flats and office premises in spic and span condition at all construction sites and head office
- Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting their work to ensure that the prescribed standards of hygiene are met.
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service and improve upon its standards.
- Cleaning and deep cleaning time scheduling and task delegation
- Manage the staff according to shifts and availability.
- Develop new house keeping agencies for availing appropriate manpower at competitive rates.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Timely verification of vendor’s bills and forward the same to accounts department for payment
