Process coordination within and outside team to ensure hassle free work flow. Taking reports from team members and presenting to the MDO through various MIS presentations.
- Good understanding of databases and digital and paper filing systems
- Proficiency in data capturing and office management software such as MS Office and Google Suite, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Excel Report Preparation
- Very good written and spoken skills in English
- Very good follow-up skills & Coordination Skills
- To greet visitors in a professional manner& provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly to the concerned person.
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings and make travel arrangements for the Director & senior executives of the Company.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed, Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail.
- Salary - 14000/- to 18000/- per month
- Age -25 years to 35 years
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
