**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in hotel management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen
- Specialization in North Indian/Tandoor cuisine; knowledge of South Indian and Chinese cuisine is an added bonus
- More than 3 years of experience in the culinary field
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus
- Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely manner, meeting our quality standards
- Substitute for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish work schedules, and assess staff performance
