**Job description**
General
- 1, To List down and track latest IS codes. / Building byelaws/amendments at regular interval
- 2, To maintain documents & records as per ISO & EHS guidelinesPROJECT- Before Award of Project
- 1, To study tender requirements and list down any special conditions in tender.
- 2, To prepare QA to be submitted to client in order to clarify any discrepancies in tender.
- 3, To prepare design concept to meet client requirements as well as statutory requirements.
- 4, To monitor preparation of design drawings by CAD operators/ designers
- 5, Co-ordinate with estimation team for scope and drawing clarification.- 1, To monitor preparation of detail design drawings and the schedule
- 2, Monitoring the work of CAD operators / designers and helping them fine-tune their skills and improve their knowledge.
- 3, To ensure that design meets client as well as statutory requirements while preparing the submission for Building Approval
- 4, To assist in Client meeting when required- To coordinate with Project manager.**Should have exp in**
1, Building Façade design
- 2, Experience in Steel structure Buildings such as Factories, Warehouse etc.
- 3, Experience in Office interior design ( latest trends)
- 4, Knowledge of software: AutoCAD
- 5, Knowledge of software: REVIT/ BIM (Optional/ Preferred)
