Trainee

**JOB TITLE** : TRAINEE (Sales)

**OBJECTIVES**:

- Accompany experienced sales representatives on field visits to potential clients.
- Learn about the company's products or services and their features and benefits.
- Observe and participate in sales pitches and presentations to understand effective selling techniques.
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and potential customers in designated territories.
- Learn to effectively communicate product information and address customer inquiries.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to different locations.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required, depending on the nature of the role.

**Salary & Perks**

Salary - 15K per month + Travel allowance provided (UG)

After probation time of period you will get a hike in salary Upto 18 - 21k per month

**Qualification**:
Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering.

Any graduate

**Location **:Tamil Nadu & Kerala

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
