**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily administration, calendar, and travel schedules.
- Act as a spokesperson for the client on various matters, ensuring smooth communication and project coordination.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including making decisions in the client’s absence.
- Manage high-volume travel arrangements and handle correspondence.
- Coordinate projects, capturing timelines and strategies, and delivering progress updates.
- Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate schedules, and greet clients.
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings, screen calls, and handle queries.
- Manage the diary, schedule meetings, take dictation, and maintain office supplies.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs; maintain an efficient office filing system.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate.
- **Experience**: 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role.
- **Skills**: Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and exemplary planning and time management.
- **Other**: Must be mobile and open to travel; ability to interact with high-profile clients and executives.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
