**Calendar Management**: Organizing and managing the GM's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans. This may involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and ensuring that the GM's time is optimized efficiently.
- **Documentation and Filing**: Maintaining and organizing documents, records, and files related to the GM's activities, including reports, presentations, and confidential information. Ensuring that documents are properly filed and easily accessible when needed.
- **Meeting Support**: Providing administrative support during meetings attended by the GM, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Coordinating logistics such as room bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
- **Information Management**: Researching and gathering information on various topics as requested by the GM. Compiling data, statistics, and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning processes.
- **Project Coordination**: Assisting the GM in managing and coordinating special projects or initiatives within the organization. This may involve liaising with other departments, tracking project milestones, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Being trusted with confidential matters related to the GM's work and exercising professionalism and integrity in handling such information.
- **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, suppliers, and business partners. Serving as a liaison between the GM and various stakeholders and representing the GM professionally in interactions with others.
- **Task Prioritization**: Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently to meet deadlines and support the GM's objectives. Being proactive in identifying priorities and addressing urgent matters in a timely manner.
- **Ad Hoc Support**: Providing ad hoc administrative support and assistance to the GM as needed. This may include running errands, coordinating special events, or handling other tasks to support the smooth functioning of the GM's office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
