1. Serving beverages to guests.

2. Cleaning the office, hallways, stairwells, and reception area

3. To open and close office on a daily basis

4. To Organize and secure materials and household supply cabinets.

5. To deliver and pick-up mail, messages, documents, packages and other items to and
from government offices, the post office, or any other location that may be required.

6. To deal with basic administrative duties.

7. To answer incoming calls, routing them to the proper individual and taking messages
when appropriate.

8 - To organize and maintain records

9 - To make photocopies of reports and correspondence.

10. To coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
