Ielts Instructor

**Job Summary**

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, using effective teaching strategies to enhance students’ English language proficiency, and closely monitoring and assessing their progress. This role requires a good computer, a high-quality web camera, and a reliable internet connection to ensure a smooth and effective online teaching experience. The company will provide a premium Zoom account for virtual lessons.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons tailored to students preparing for the IELTS exam.
- Develop and implement a structured curriculum focused on enhancing students' skills in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Provide personalized feedback on students' progress and areas for improvement.
- Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses through regular practice tests, assignments, and mock exams.
- Foster a positive learning environment where students feel motivated, encouraged, and confident in their abilities.
- Facilitate group discussions, interactive activities, and one-on-one sessions to reinforce learning objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest IELTS exam changes, materials, and best practices.
- Provide students with practical test-taking strategies and tips to help them achieve their target scores.
- Collaborate with other instructors and educational staff to ensure consistent, high-quality training across all levels.
- Track and report on student progress and ensure all learning goals are being met.

**Qualifications**:

- **General Training IELTS score of at least Band 7** in each section (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching IELTS preparation (online teaching experience preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring system, and test-taking strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Comfortable using virtual teaching platforms and digital tools for lesson delivery (must have a good computer, high-quality web camera, and reliable internet connection).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience teaching a diverse group of students from various cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patient, empathetic, and student-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
