Forecast customer requirements for a 3 month period.
- Responsible for achieving monthly machine sales and market share targets.
- Timely collection of statuary forms and submission of all documents to JCB.
- Ensure timely submission of the debit claims and follow-up with area team for its

payment.
- Target new areas in the market to penetrate.
- Resource planning, leading, motivating and giving direction to his sales team.
- Developing the skill matrix and ensuring specific training for the sales team.
- lVaintaining monthly lVlS and interface with JCB area office.
- Coordinating for customer order booking and machine delivery.
- Ensure full territory coverage.
- Organising customer meet, financiers meet, road shows, rural attack and product

demonstrations and plant visit of customers.
- Reviewing the prospect visit sheets filled by the sales engineers and conducting regular

weekly review meetings.
- Relation with all the finance companies and Banks in the territory

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
