We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Development Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the visibility and reputation of Dr. Sourav Sir's Classes through strategic brand development initiatives. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, attract new students, and foster long-term relationships with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the Dr. Sourav Sir's Classes brand across various channels, including social media, digital marketing, and community outreach.
- Identify opportunities for brand expansion and growth in the education sector, both locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational organizations to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Actively engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable programs offered by Dr. Sourav Sir's Classes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing students, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Dr. Sourav Sir's Classes at networking events, conferences, and other relevant forums to showcase our offerings and expertise.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and brand development strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed
- Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher secondary) or equivalent
