**Key Responsibilities**:
**Interview Coordination**: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.

**Employer Branding**: Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a strong presence in the manufacturing industry.

**Data Analytics**: Utilize HR analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process.

**Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure all hiring practices are in compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [8] years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
