Reservation Executive

Handling Inquiries: Reservation executives serve as the first point of contact for guests seeking information about room availability, rates, amenities, and other hotel services. They provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, address any concerns or questions, and guide guests in making informed decisions.

Reservation System Management: Reservation executives are responsible for managing the hotel's reservation system. This includes updating room availability, rates, and restrictions, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. They are also responsible for maintaining and organizing reservation records and related documentation.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Reservation executives are often tasked with maximizing revenue by upselling and cross-selling hotel services and amenities. They inform guests about additional offerings such as room upgrades, package deals, spa services, dining options, or other promotional offers to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Coordinating with Other Departments: Reservation executives collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. They communicate guest preferences, special requests, and any relevant information to the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests during their stay.

Monitoring and Reporting: Reservation executives track reservation patterns, trends, and cancellations to optimize room occupancy and revenue management. They generate reports on reservation statistics, occupancy rates, and revenue performance to provide insights for decision-making and future planning.

Customer Service: Reservation executives strive to provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the reservation process. They maintain a professional and courteous manner while addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information. They may also assist guests with post-reservation inquiries or modifications.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Reservation executives work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotional activities, pricing strategies, and revenue management initiatives. They may provide input on market demand, monitor competitor rates, and contribute to the development of sales and marketing campaigns.

Their responsibilities encompass communication with guests, system management, coordination with various departments, and revenue optimization to contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
